Three Men Involved in Crazy Lindsay Car Chase Might Sue

Of course they're going to sue. Why wouldn't they? Lohan went B-A-N-A-N-A-S, stealing their car, essentially, with them in it and then ran over one of their feet even. The three men, Jakon Sutter, Dante Nigro and Ronnie Blake, have yet to file a suit, but their lawyers are already claiming possible emotional distress and negligence, in addition to other legal-things that you can sue people for. As for Ronnie Blake, the kid whose foot got run over, he didn't even have health insurance at the time, but apparently is working on getting coverage. I can totally feel that. I've been known to ride the roller-coaster ride of no health insurance and it is not fun.

Although no lawsuit has been filed yet against Lohan, the trio are making claims that their "vehicle was taken without their permission and they were unable to remove themselves while traveling, [and they were] endangered in that way," making it "false imprisonment."

However, the men say they are waiting to see how Lindsay handles the situation, before moving forward with any kind of legal action against the starlet.

The trio's lawyer added that his clients "want Miss Lohan to get the kind of help that her attorney says she wants," and that if she sought professional help for her problem, "That would be an important point of consideration in being pleased at how the matter is being handled."

This may end up being the most lucrative joy-ride of their lives, not even counting the "Tyra Banks Show" appearances and tell-all pamphlets they'll be able to sell from all of this.

Lindsay Lohan rings in her 21st birthday like a good girl — with close friends and family at beach house party in Malibu on Monday. Her Las Vegas plans may have been dashed but that didn’t stop the now-legal singer-actress from partying!

Lindsay, who left the Promises Rehab Center for her birthday bash, was seen in a skimpy nautical bikini and killer Miu Miu wedge heels.

She snapped photos with a digital camera and an SLR with telephoto lens. paparazzi.

Lindsay Lohan skips out of Malibu’s Promises Rehab Center on Thursday afternoon and pays a visit to the Malibu Country Mart at Cross Creek, where she picked up two coffee blended drinks.

The Herbie actress wore a pair a red hot sunglasses and a summery minidress. She also had her hand and toe nail polish colored bright pink.

Lindsay, who just turned 21 yesterday, returned to rehab after her quick break.

Dressed down in black yoga pants and a grey and sparkly hoodie, Lindsay headed straight for the mirror to check her face after arriving.

Lindsay Lohan Busted for DUI — AGAIN!

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Santa Monica around 2:15AM this morning, according to TMZ.

Lindsay, 21, was arrested near Pico Boulevard and Main Street, where cocaine was found in her pants pocket and her blood alcohol level was between .12 and .13, well over the .08 legal limit. This is her second bust in less than a year.

The 21-year-old trouble starlet was driving on a suspended license and was apparently driving under the influence as she was given a walk-the-line test and flunked.

Lindsay is out of jail after being “cooperative” — her bail was reportedly $25,000.

Ali Lohan, Lindsay’s 13-year-old singer/actress sister, is speaking out in support of her big sister. In an exclusive email to 24/Sizzler, Ali says:

“Hi david this is ali lohan, i want everybody to know the truth out there. My mom is a single mom of four children she has always been there for us, she was my mother and father and still is. My father is telling all lies to people and saying he was such a great dad and was always there for us, my father was never there for us, My mom was always there souporting us. i think that the whole reason why my sister is upset with her self and not as cofident, is because of my dad not being around, and always staying out late and not coming home for days, he would come back home never himself, he was always was making excuses for his bad behavior . And would always blame my mother. He just wants everybody in the world knowing that he was a great dad. He wasnt that is all a lie. I just want my sister to stick throught this okay, and my mother and brothers and i are there for my sister 100% and have always been. I’ve wanted to say this for so long and get this out there and let everyone know that our family is like a normal family but of course we are put under a microscope because of lindsays fame, lindsay will be fine she is just going through a rough time right now but she will be fine. i know this for a fact. My sisters is just like a normal sister. her and I have so much in common. My mother and sister are huge insperations to me, they have made it through so much in there lives.
